At Gymstar London  we are committed to your happiness, which is why our staff work hard to meet your shopping related needs. With our Returns & Exchanges services, you won’t want to shop anywhere else. With quality clothes at attractive prices as well as unbeatable customer support, we’re here to make your shopping experience unforgettable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it. 

What is your returns policy ?

3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Email contact@gymstarlondon.com detailing your name, order number and reason for return. A return form will be sent to you to complete.

  2. Return your order  within 14 days of receiving to the return address along with the completed returns form.

  3. Upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund or exchange.

MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED, UNLESS FAULTY.

The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Gymstar London. 

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Gymstar London warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. 

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Customize Your Style

We deliver to all UK mainland address, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. For domestic priority and express delivery orders must be placed by 3pm. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect.

 

Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.

We ship to over 100 countries around the world including North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. 

International Custom fees & Duties

International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. VAT is included in the price of your order.

Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
